There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, making it suitable for switching between devices and for work or content access that requires a long-term connection through a specific region.
The number of routes is not the only factor to consider. Distance, the target service’s location, the access network, and the route type can all affect connection performance. Start by identifying the access target, then compare routes in nearby regions and the target region instead of choosing based only on a region name.
Routes and troubleshooting
Route planning prioritizes cross-border paths, evening network fluctuations, and compatibility with different target services. If a connection is slow, a target service will not open, or streaming output is interrupted, first check the client connection status, then switch to another route in the same region and confirm whether the exit IP and DNS have updated.
If switching routes does not resolve the issue, note the platform in use, target region, route name, and symptoms, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Troubleshooting relies on reproducible details to distinguish local network issues, client settings, target-service region detection, and route status, reducing unnecessary repeated steps.
Privacy position
PtVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record users’ browsing content. Information is handled according to data-minimization principles, limited to what is needed for accounts, subscription delivery, payment confirmation, and troubleshooting. No email address is required to get started—set a username and password to reduce collection of information unrelated to service use.
Subscription terms are clear: monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, while traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
