SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Use apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by PtVPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the relevant websites, clients, and subscription services.

Service Scope and Applicability

PtVPN provides international route access, network acceleration, subscription management, and client downloads, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes cover 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Available regions, route types, and connection performance may vary with network conditions, maintenance, and resource allocation.

The service is intended to improve cross-border connections and the experience of accessing international websites. Actual speed, latency, and accessible content may be affected by the user's location, access provider, target service status, device performance, and route congestion. The route list on the website describes service coverage and does not guarantee connection to a specific region or third-party service at any given time.

Some third-party websites, applications, or content platforms decide whether to provide services based on region, account status, and their own policies. PtVPN only provides network connectivity and does not control third-party content, account reviews, feature changes, or service rules, nor does it represent a partnership or authorization relationship with any such third party.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account does not require an email address; users only need to set a username and password. Users are responsible for protecting their login details and for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes made under their accounts. If login details may have been exposed or the account behaves unusually, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder for reasonable personal or internal use. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling, renting, publicly posting, bulk distribution, or sharing accounts, subscription details, or service access with unspecified parties. If public sharing or commercial resale causes abnormal traffic, resource usage, or security risks, PtVPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should review package details before activation and choose a subscription or traffic package based on actual usage. Refund requests, eligibility, and processing are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and content platforms. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, disrupt network systems, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with normal network operations.

Users must not use the service to access systems or accounts without authorization, conduct malicious scans, attack network facilities, distribute malicious programs, send large volumes of abusive messages, misappropriate identity or payment information, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any other activity that may expose PtVPN, route providers, or third parties to legal liability. Users must not excessively consume shared route resources through automation or interfere with other users' normal connections.

If PtVPN reasonably determines that a use may violate these terms, applicable rules, or legal requirements, it may restrict the relevant connection and ask the user to provide an explanation. When necessary, the service may suspend the account to manage ongoing risks and protect route resources.

Service Availability and Liability

PtVPN adjusts nodes, routes, and client configurations based on route status, resource capacity, and maintenance plans. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, target service policy changes, and device or system compatibility issues may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary loss of some features. Routes may be switched or taken offline without separate notice to restore service or improve overall connection quality.

Users should save important data and record their original settings before changing network configurations. Users are responsible for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, conflicts with third-party software, inadequate account protection, or failure to follow operating instructions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from network interruptions, third-party service changes, or events beyond PtVPN's reasonable control.

The website, guides, and route descriptions provide general information. Although this content is updated as the service changes, it should not be treated as a separate promise of continued availability for any particular device, region, network environment, or third-party platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using the service and handle subsequent matters according to the subscription status shown in the user panel. After a subscription expires, available traffic is depleted, or an account is terminated, related connection access may stop. Transaction and dispute records that must be retained by law are not affected.

In cases including subscription resale or public sharing, severe use of route resources, interference with service operation, unlawful activity, avoidance of normal billing procedures, false payment disputes, or repeated violations of these terms, PtVPN may issue a warning, restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the nature of the conduct. For risk management, some measures may be implemented first, followed by an explanation of the result through the user panel.

Account termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination. If a user believes the action was incorrect, they may submit account details, order records, and relevant explanations through the ticket channel in the user panel. PtVPN will review the matter based on the available records.

Changes and Governing Application

PtVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, product features, route resources, legal requirements, or operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes affecting user rights or responsibilities may also be announced through the website or user panel.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means that the user accepts the revised content. If the user disagrees with a change, they may stop using the service after the new terms take effect. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Rights not expressly waived in these terms are not considered waived merely because they have not been exercised.
